The regulatory framework we adhere to

The business of real estate brokerage in Dubai is regulated by the relevant authorities of the UAE and Dubai (including the RERA/DLD rules applicable to brokerage services). Our internal processes are set up to meet the standard compliance requirements of licensed real estate companies in Dubai.

The company has contracted professional liability insurance in accordance with the requirements of UAE real estate licensing regulations.

How we work (compliance principles)

We work with an emphasis on the client and are guided by the following principles:

    • We distinguish between bid prices and fair transaction values (where possible)
    • We clearly present investment assumptions (rent, service fees, fees, vacancy, maintenance)

    • Upozorňujeme na běžné náklady kupujícího (např. poplatky spojené s převodem a administrativní náklady)
  1. Protection of personal data and confidentiality
    • We process clients' documents and personal data confidentially
    • We only share the information to the extent necessary for the execution of the transaction and only with relevant entities (e.g. trustee office, developer, bank or competent authorities)

    • Dokumenty a osobní údaje klientů zpracováváme důvěrně
    • Informace sdílíme pouze v nezbytném rozsahu pro realizaci transakce a pouze s relevantními subjekty (např. trustee office, developer, banka nebo příslušné úřady)

We do not provide

  • Legal advice (if necessary, we recommend contacting a qualified lawyer in UAE)
  • Tax advice (we recommend consulting with a tax advisor for the Czech Republic/UAE)
  • Guarantee of future revenues (we provide estimates and scenarios based on the market)
