Principles of processing and protection of personal data by DubaiReality.cz, s.r.o.
Dubaireality.cz, s.r.o., company ID 211 85 531, with its registered office Peroutkova 531/81, Jinonice, 158 00 Praha 5 (the company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 397883), declares that it collects and processes personal data in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the EU, in particular in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the EU, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
All personal data are processed in a lawful and transparent manner and only reasonable, relevant and necessary data in relation to the purpose of processing are required.
I. WHY DOES DUBAIREALITY.CZ, s.r.o. COLLECT AND PROCESS PERSONAL DATA (OÚ)?
Dubaireality.cz, s.r.o. collects and processes OOs in connection with the subject of business, which means in particular the intermediation of the purchase and sale of real estate abroad and the provision of related services. Dubaireality.cz, s.r.o. is right/obliged to process OOs for the following reasons:
- processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party,
- processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation that applies to DubaiReality.cz, s.r.o.
- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of DubaiReality.cz, s.r.o.,
- the data subject has given his consent to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.
II. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
In connection with the activities of DubaiReality.cz, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “DubaiReality“) and taking into account the purpose of the processing of OOs, the category of the OOs concerned, the category of beneficiaries of the OOs and the time of the processing of the OOs, DubaiReality distinguishes the below specified persons/data subjects whose personal data are collected and further processed by DubaiReality. For each data subject, DubaiReality provides relevant information regarding the processing of personal data.
II.I. Client Contracting Party
Client “Contracting Party” means a person who, through DubaiReality, has implemented, or is about to implement a business case, such as the purchase or sale of real estate.
Purpose of processing of OOO:
- Successful completion of a business transaction (e.g. purchase/sale of property),
- Conclusion of a contract to which the data subject is a party,
- Fulfilment of legal obligations, e.g. deposit in the Land Registry, payment of legal fees, etc.
- Registration of contractual and related documents for the period necessary for the protection of participants in contractual relations, e.g. for reasons of complaints, lease obligations, etc.
- Processing of other commercial offers and sending them to the Client “Contracting Party”.

- First and last name
- Birthdate
- Permanent residence
- Contact address
- Contact phone number
- Contact e-mail address
- Passport number
- If applicable, other OOs required for the purposes of processing
Categories of beneficiaries of OOO:
- Employees and persons authorized by the OÚ Administrator who need the OO to fulfill the purpose of processing.
- Business partner of DubaiReality, e.g. seller/buyer of real estate, or representative of the seller/buyer, etc.
- Law Firm.
- Notary.
- State offices and bodies, e.g. cadastral office, etc.
- Property manager.
- Company organizing the rental of real estate.
- Tax Advisor.
- Mortgage Advisor.
- IT Service Providers.
- Where applicable, other persons relevant for the purposes of the processing of OOs.
Processing time of OOO
DubaiReality is entitled to process the provided OOO of the Client “Contracting Party” for the period necessary for the protection of the participants in the contractual relations.
The specific date of deletion of OOO from the DubaiReality database is 24 May of the year following the expiration of 10 years from the execution of the business case.
In the event that, at the same time as the execution of the “main” business case, other contracts are concluded (for example, a lease agreement), the performance of which continues after May 24 of the year following the expiration of 10 years from the execution of the “main” business case, DubaiReality is entitled to process the Client's OOO “Contracting Party” for a period of 5 years after the termination of these contracts.
II.II. Client Interested
Client “Applicant” means a person who has expressed an interest through DubaiReality to implement a business case, such as the purchase or sale of real estate. As a rule, these are people who request more information about real estate, the terms of the transaction and about the services of DubaiReality. Also, these are persons who request from DubaiReality the mediation of a property inspection and mediation of negotiations with a future counterparty.
Purpose of processing of the applicant's personal data:
- Processing of commercial offers and sending them to Interested parties.
- Preparation of information on real estate, real estate market, transaction conditions, etc.
- Arranging and organizing personal inspections of the property.
- Mediation of contact with the future counterparty or their representative.
- Mediation of contact with other persons who are essential for the decision of the Applicant regarding the possible future implementation of the business case (e.g. attorney, tax advisor, etc.).
- Other activities, in particular, based on the active request of the Applicant.
Categories of OSOs concerned:
- First and last name.
- Contact phone number.
- Contact Email Address.
Note: In some cases, when the Applicant expresses an interest in viewing the property or a personal meeting with a representative of the future contractual counterparty, DubaiReality requests the signature of the Client from the Applicant. An interest letter specifying the time, place and conditions of the tour or meeting. The letter of interest includes the following personal data subject's personal data:
- First and last name.
- Date of birth.
- Permanent residence.
- Contact address.
- Contact phone number.
- Contact Email Address.
Categories of beneficiaries of OOO:
- Employees and persons authorized by the OÚ Administrator who need the OO to fulfill the purpose of processing.
- Business partner of DubaiReality, e.g. seller/buyer of real estate, or representative of the seller/buyer, etc.
- Company organizing the lease of the property in question.
- Law Firm.
- Notary.
- Tax Advisor.
- Mortgage Advisor.
- IT Service Providers.
- Where applicable, other persons relevant for the purposes of the processing of OOs.
Processing time of OOO
DubaiReality is entitled to process the personal data provided by the Applicant for as long as it is possible to assume the interest of the Applicant to cooperate with DubaiReality. This period shall be set at 10 years from the date of the Participant's expression of interest in cooperation.
In the case of an Applicant who, through DubaiReality, has made an inspection of the property or a personal meeting with a representative of a potential contractual counterparty through DubaiReality, the processing period of the OOO is set for a period of 10 years from the date of the inspection or meeting.
The specific date of deletion of OOO from the DubaiReality database means May 24 of the year following the expiration of 10 years from the date specified above.
II.III. Email Newsletter Subscriber
“Subscriber” of the email newsletter means a person who has actively subscribed to DubaiReality's email newsletter.
Purpose of processing of OOO:
- Sending business offers of DubaiReality.
Categories of OSOs concerned:
- E-mail address of the data subject.
Categories of beneficiaries of OOO:
- Employees and persons authorized by the OÚ Administrator who need the OO to fulfill the purpose of processing.
- IT Service Providers.
Processing time of OOO
DubaiReality is entitled to process the provided personal data about the Subscriber of the e-mail newsletter for a period of 10 years from the registration of the Subscriber, or since his last consent to receive the e-mail newsletter.
The specific date of deletion of OOs from the database of DubaiReality means May 24 of the year following the expiration of 10 years from the registration of the Subscriber, or from the date of his last consent to receive the e-mail newsletter.
The subscriber of the e-mail newsletter has the right to withdraw his consent to the subscription of the newsletter and the processing of personal data at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in each newsletter.
II.IV. DubaiReality Website Visitor
We do not collect any personal data on the DNA of our website, except for short text files created by the web server, so-called cookies. More information about cookies can be found below. Personal data provided by the data subject through web enquiry and contact forms are dealt with in section II for the purposes of protection and processing of the personal data subject. II.
II.V. Employees, co-workers, job seekers
Employees are persons who carry out activities for DubaiReality on the basis of an employment relationship (employment relationship, agreement).
Collaborators are persons who carry out activities for DubaiReality on the basis of another legal relationship, e.g. on the basis of a contract for the creation of an author's work, etc.
Job seekers are persons who have provided DubaiReality with their OOO for the purpose of evaluating suitability for a job position in DubaiReality.
Purpose of processing of personal data: *)
- Conclusion of an employment contract, or other contract/agreement, a contract for the creation of a copyright work, etc.
- Payment of wage/remuneration.
- Contribution of statutory taxes and fees.
- Other legal obligations of DubaiReality in relation to employees and associates.
Categories of OSOs concerned: *)
- First and last name.
- Date of birth.
- Birth No.
- Permanent residence.
- Contact address.
- Contact phone number.
- Contact Email Address.
- Bank connection.
- Optionally, other OOs necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing the OOO.
Category of beneficiaries of OOO: *)
- Employees and persons authorized by the OÚ Administrator who need the OO to fulfill the purpose of processing.
- External processor of accounting services.
- Law Firm.
- IT Service Providers
- State bodies and institutions
OO processing time: *)
DubaiReality is obliged to process the provided personal data about Employees and collaborators for the duration of the employment contract or other contract for the activity performed, e.g. DPP, etc., and subsequently for the period stipulated by law after termination of the contract.

Job Seekers
In the case of job seekers or cooperation, DubaiReality collects and processes only the OOs that the job seeker voluntarily provided by DubaiReality (usually in the form of a CV). DubaiReality processes the OOs of some job seekers for a period of 3 years from the date of their delivery to DubaiReality for the purpose of possible future contact.
The specific date of deletion of OOs from the DubaiReality database is 24 May of the year following the expiration of 3 years after the data was provided.
Personal data are intended only for employees and persons authorized by the Controller, who need the OO to fulfill the purpose of processing.
III. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER
The administrator of the OÚ is DubaiReality.cz, s.r.o., company ID 211 85 531, with its registered office at Peroutkova 531/81, Jinonice, 158 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 397883.
IV. SECURITY AND HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
DubaiReality collects and processes information and documents containing OOs in paper and electronic form. Access to the OOO shall be exclusively authorized persons. DubaiReality processes personal data in such a way as to ensure the security of OOs against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against loss, destruction and damage.
DubaiReality has adopted an internal security directive and a privacy directive. The purpose of the IP Protection Directive is to define and update the rules for the processing of personal data in the company pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR and to regulate the data subject's rights to access personal data within the meaning of Article 15 GDPR and to report cases of IP security breaches within the meaning of Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.
V. PROCESSORS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed directly by the Controller (DubaiReality company). The Administrator may entrust another entity, e.g. IT service providers, law firms, accountants, etc., to process the OO. The controller selects such processors and negotiates such conditions with them in order to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject. With the request of the processor, the controller does not waive the responsibility for processing the personal data.
VI. TRANSFER OF OU ABROAD
Within the EU and EEA Member States, the free movement of OOs cannot be restricted. You can find more information about the transfer of OOs abroad HERE.
VII. THE INFORMATION OBLIGATION OF THE CONTROLLER AND THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject (the person whose IP DubaiReality collects and processes) has the right to be informed by the controller about the processing of his personal data. Data subjects have the right to:
(a) the right of access to personal data;
(b) the right to rectification;
(c) the right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”);
d) the right to restrict the processing of data;
(e) the right to object to processing; and
f) the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data.
Right of access means that the data subject may request confirmation from the controller whether or not personal data concerning the subject are processed, and if they are, then for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are disclosed, how long they will be processed, whether the subject has the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object, from where the controller obtained the personal data and whether the processing takes place on the basis of the personal data processing automated decision-making, including profiling, where appropriate. The data subject has the right to obtain a copy of his personal data, the first being provided free of charge, and for the subsequent provision, the controller may request a reasonable payment of administrative costs.
The right to rectification means that the data subject may at any time request the controller to correct or supplement the personal data subject if they are inaccurate or incomplete.
The right to erasure means that the controller must delete the IP if (i) they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) this imposes a legal obligation on the controller.
The right to restriction of processing means that until the controller resolves any disputed issues regarding the processing of the data subject's personal data subject, the controller must restrict the processing of the data subject's personal data files so that they can only be stored and, where appropriate, can use them for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
The right to object means that the data subject may object to the processing of OOs processed by the controller for direct marketing purposes or for legitimate interest. If the subject objects to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data subject's personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
All rights can be exercised by the data subject by contacting DubaiReality at the e-mail address jsme@dubaireality.cz. A complaint can be filed with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Educating Clients — Consumers
As part of our obligation as an intermediary to you as a consumer, we inform you in accordance with Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act that if a dispute arises between you as a consumer and us as an intermediary that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you have the right to resolve it out of court. You are entitled to submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of a dispute pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (out-of-court resolution of consumer dispute ADR). Information for whistleblowers
DubaiReality, s.r.o. has introduced an internal notification system in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers and Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalization of proceeds of crime and terrorist financing. In the event that the notifier has a legitimate reason to believe that DubaiReality, s.r.o. has committed an unlawful act, he is entitled to file a notice of such conduct.
