The villa offers five en-suite bedrooms, a home automation system and Italian furniture. The property was designed by boutique firm AMBRA Development with an emphasis on luxurious details including a lagoon-inspired pool, natural materials and craftsmanship.
“Jumeirah Islands has undergone a dynamic change in the composition of buyers over the last four to five years. We are watching a significant influx of wealth from across Europe -- including the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy -- as well as growing interest from Southeast Asia, primarily from Singapore, China and Russia. This area has developed into an international enclave for clients who demand the highest quality, design and lifestyle,” Tuzgani said.
This sale further confirms Jumeirah Islands as a destination destination for ultra-moveable buyers looking for maximum exclusivity.
The community consists of several islands surrounded by greenery, lakes and many amenities. Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Dubai are located in close proximity.
“This sale is evidence of the growing interest in ultra-premium properties in Dubai. Buyers today aren't just buying homes, they're investing in lifestyle, design, privacy and long-term value. Jumeirah Islands is becoming one of the most sought-after addresses in the city and this milestone reflects the amazing evolution of Dubai's luxury market,” added Lewis Allsopp, Chairman of Allsopp & Allsopp.
AMBRA Development designed the villa to create an immersive multi-sensory experience. The interiors combine contemporary design principles with the use of natural materials across the entire property.
